Cancellation Policy

At Alps Transfer Innsbruck, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
Our Cancellation Policy ensures fairness, clarity, and smooth service for all customers.

By booking a transfer with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation is made:

24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time.

No fees will be charged, and any advance payment will be fully refunded.


2. Late Cancellation

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the following applies:

100% of the booking cost may be charged

because the chauffeur, vehicle, and schedule have already been reserved specifically for you.


3. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when:

  • The passenger does not appear at the pickup location

  • No contact is made with us

  • The chauffeur waits past the included waiting time

❌ In the event of a no-show, the booking is charged in full.


4. Flight Delays, Changes, or Cancellations

We monitor all arriving flights in real-time.

✈️ Flight Delayed:

No extra charge. Pickup time will be adjusted accordingly.

✈️ Flight Early Arrival:

We adjust the schedule and your chauffeur will be present.

✈️ Flight Canceled or Diverted:

You must notify us immediately.
Failure to inform us may result in a late cancellation or no-show charge.


5. Modifying Your Booking

You may request to modify your booking (date, time, location, number of passengers) up to 24 hours before pickup, free of charge.

Changes requested within 24 hours depend on availability and may incur a fee.


6. Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Incorrect or incomplete booking information provided by the customer


7. Chauffeur Waiting Time

Included waiting times:

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes after landing

  • Hotel / Address pickups: 15 minutes

After these limits, additional charges may apply.

If the customer fails to appear after the waiting period and no contact is made, it is treated as a no-show.


8. Weather & Road Conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Road closures

  • Heavy traffic

  • Events outside our control

However, we always do our best to minimize disruptions.
