Welcome to Alps Transfer Innsbruck. By booking or using our airport transfer services, you (“client,” “customer,” “passenger”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline important information regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, liability, and acceptable use of our services.


1. General Information

Alps Transfer Innsbruck (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides private airport transfers and chauffeur services within Innsbruck, Tyrol, and surrounding regions.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or by phone.

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email or message.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate details, including:

    • Passenger names

    • Pickup location and destination

    • Date and time

    • Flight number

    • Passenger count

    • Luggage quantity

    • Special requirements

Incorrect information may result in additional fees or service delays.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are provided at the time of booking and include all taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods may include cash, card, or digital payment services (depending on availability).

  • For advance bookings, we may require full or partial pre-payment.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Extra stops

    • Waiting time beyond the included limit

    • Excess luggage

    • Damage to the vehicle

    • Night-time or holiday surcharges (if applicable)


4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur 100% charge, as the vehicle and chauffeur are already assigned.

No-Show Policy

  • If the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location and no contact is made, the booking will be charged in full.


5. Flight Delay Guarantee

We track all incoming flights in real-time.

  • If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will wait without any extra charge within reasonable limits.

  • If a flight is diverted or canceled, the customer must inform us immediately to avoid no-show charges.


6. Pickup Waiting Time

Waiting time allowances:

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes of free waiting after landing.

  • Hotel / Address pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting.

After the free waiting period, additional charges may apply.


7. Passenger Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Behave respectfully toward the chauffeur

  • Follow safety rules (seatbelts required)

  • Avoid damaging the vehicle

  • Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances inside the vehicle

  • Ensure luggage is safe, legal, and properly declared

We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger behaves in a threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.


8. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed standard luggage according to the vehicle type.

  • Oversized items (skis, snowboards, sport equipment) must be declared in advance.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items left in the vehicle.


9. Vehicle Availability & Substitution

If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical issues, accidents, etc.), we reserve the right to:

  • Provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost, or

  • Cancel the service with a full refund

We always aim to maintain the highest service standard.


10. Liability

Alps Transfer Innsbruck is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control

  • Missed flights due to circumstances outside of our influence

  • Loss or damage to personal items

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.


11. Safety & Conduct

For safety reasons:

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times

  • Children must use appropriate child seats (available upon request)

  • The chauffeur’s decisions regarding safety are final

We reserve the right to terminate the trip immediately if a passenger’s actions endanger the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.


12. Data Protection

We respect your privacy.
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with EU GDPR regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Innsbruck, Austria.
